Northern Youth Services operates an eight bed gender specific male open detention/custody facility for youth 12-17 years of age from the Districts of Sudbury and Manitoulin, Sault Ste. Marie, Nipissing, Muskoka, Parry Sound, Cochrane and Temiskaming.   Sterling B. Campbell House is located in Sudbury, Ontario.

Services are provided to children who have been charged under the Youth Criminal Justice Act and are awaiting disposition, or have been sentenced to a term of open custody.
